Definition Of Coaching:

Coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. (Agreement) is issued between (“Client”) and Homegrown Creations Ltd. (“Contractor”), effective immediately (the “Agreement”). The services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement between the parties.
The Services detailed below are entered into by and between Contractor and Client, and is subject to the terms and conditions specified below.
The following Agreement governs your ("Client") participation in the coaching program ("Program") presented by Homegrown Creations Ltd. (“Company”).Your participation in our Program, and use of Program materials is governed by the following terms and conditions. We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, Company may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based, or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if: You become disruptive or difficult to work with; you fail to follow the program guidelines; or, you impair the participation of our instructors in our Program(s).

We respect your confidential and proprietary information ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, "Confidential Information"), and must insist that you respect the same rights of the Company.
Thus, you agree:
Not to infringe any of the Company's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. Any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Company. Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion during Program sessions. All materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belong solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company. The reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited. If you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements the Company will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations. While you are free to discuss your personal results from our programs and training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence
You are authorizing Homegrown Creations Ltd. to charge your credit card for the purchase price. You agree and accept that all payments collected are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
The nature of digital products and coaching such as this Program are such that once the Client has accessed and consumed the information within, the information cannot be given back and you now own that knowledge and can benefit from it at any point in the future. Therefore, all sales are final, and once this contract is initiated, there are no refunds. You acknowledge our zero refund policy and agree that at no time will you attempt to cancel this contract, ask for a refund, or dispute the charge with your credit card processor. This includes reasons such as personal emergencies, life changes, disasters, deaths, financial loss, divorce, etc. In the case of an extreme emergency, we may, at our sole discretion, extend your access to the Program until you are able to resume and be given reasonable time to consume the content. Any agreement to extend access will be done in writing. Late payments are subject to a 15% late fee after 14 days of non-payment. Full payment is required regardless of participation.
All disputes arising under or concerning this Agreement are to be submitted to binding arbitration, in Alberta. You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a Plaintiff or a class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidation with other arbitrations aren't allowed. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action, consolidated action, or private attorney general action) unless all relevant parties specifically agree to do so following initiation of the arbitration.
*In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, all other provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed from the remainder of this Agreement.
